The Broker is an authorised credit representative of Acctpro Finance Pty Ltd (Australian Credit Licence 398415). Any reference to “we”, “us” or “our” includes our aggregator, Connective Broker Services Pty Ltd (ABN 77 161 731 111, Credit Representative 437202, ACL 389328) and any of its related companies.

When you ask us to assist you, you agree we can — consistent with Australia’s privacy and credit reporting laws — collect, use and exchange personal and credit information about you for the purposes described in this policy.

What Information We Collect

The personal information we collect may include your name, address, date of birth and contact details; employment history, income, assets and liabilities; credit history and credit report information; business and financial information (for commercial applications); and any sensitive or vulnerability information you voluntarily provide.

Why We Collect Your Information

We collect your information to assess your credit application, source a suitable credit provider and any required insurances, manage the loan application and settlement process, and meet our legal obligations as a licensed credit assistance provider. If you do not provide the information we request, we may be unable to process your application.

How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We may disclose your information to credit providers and lenders; consumer and commercial credit reporting services (see Schedule 1); insurers; our aggregator Connective and its related companies; lawyers, accountants, and other service providers who assist us; and any organisation that acquires an interest in our business.

Overseas disclosure: Some recipients may be located overseas, including the Philippines, India and Nepal (primarily Connective’s operations infrastructure).

Website Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry through our website contact form, by email, or via WhatsApp, we collect the personal information you provide (name, email, phone number, loan enquiry details) solely to respond to your enquiry and assess whether we can assist you. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes. Our website may use cookies and third-party tools including Google Reviews widgets, subject to those providers’ privacy policies.

How We Protect Your Information

We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Measures include restricted staff access, password protection, internet firewalls, physical access restrictions, and secure destruction of information when no longer required.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, ask a credit reporting service not to use your information for direct marketing pre-screening, and request a copy of this Privacy Policy at any time. Credit Reporting

As part of assessing your application, we or Connective may obtain a credit report about you from a credit reporting service. By engaging us to assist with your loan application, you authorise us to obtain this report on your behalf.
